THE plenary Session of today was presided by the Vice President of the National Parliament, Mr. Vicente of the Silva Guterres supported by the Secretary of the Table, Ms. Maria Terezinha Viegas and by the Vice-Secretaries, Ms. Maria da Costa Exposto and Ms. . Teresa Maria de Carvalho. Present in this plenary session was the Minister of the Justice, Ms. Lúcia Lobato, that lent explanations to the parlamentarians about the situation of the citizen Rogério Tiago Lobato, as well as, in general, about courts and prison establishments.
In the period of before of the agenda took place the debate and voting of the vote of protest in the no. 3/II- by the unseemly handling of an Australian soldier of the International Stabilization Forces, of name Cole, regarding the Representatives of the Commission of Foreign Affairs, Defense and National Security. After the debate in the plenary, the Table of the Parliament decided to call a meeting between the presidents of the caucuses. In the period of the agenda continued the argument and voting, in the general issues and especialy, of the Budget of the National Parliament.
The argument of the Proposal of Law in epigraph continues tomorrow day 6 of November of 2007.

A Sessão Plenária de hoje foi presidida pelo Vice-Presidente do Parlamento Nacional, Sr. Vicente da Silva Guterres coadjuvado pela Secretária da Mesa, Sra. Maria Terezinha Viegas e pelas Vice-Secretárias, Sra. Maria da Costa Exposto e Sra. Teresa Maria de Carvalho.
Esteve presente nesta sessão plenária a Ministra da Justiça, Sra. Lúcia Lobato, que prestou esclarecimentos aos parlamerntares sobre a situação do cidadão Rogério Tiago Lobato, bem, como, em geral, sobre tribunais e estabelecimentos prisionais.
No período de antes da ordem do dia teve lugar a discussão e votação do voto de protesto no. 3/II- pelo tratamento indecoroso de um militar australiano das Forças de Estabilização Internacionais, de nome Cole, em relação aos Deputados da Comissão de Negócios Estrangeiros, Defesa e Segurança Nacionais. Depois do debate no plenário, a Mesa do Parlamento decidiu convocar uma reunião entre os presidentes das bancadas parlamentares.
No período da ordem do dia continuou a discussão e votação, na generalidade e especialidade, do Orçamento do Parlamento Nacional. A discussão da Proposta de Lei em epígrafe continua amanhã dia 6 de Novembro de 2007.
